Four bedroom, two bath, 2084 square feet, two story with tons of storage, on very large .27 acre rectangular lot. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Fully fenced and private back yard. Exhaust fan upstairs to keep the house cool on those warm summer days. Built around 1950, solid as a rock construction with hardwood floors throughout much of the house. Two car garage with one side converted to laundry/utility. Large deck and sunroom on south side of house (back yard).

Quiet cul de sac street conveniently located off of 160th avenue between Farmington and T.V. Highway.

Mature vegetation including seven different rhododendrons, ferns, two large camellias, bamboo, weeping willow, two sunset red maples, ornamental cherry, apple, plum, pear and large locust in front yard. Evergreens line the edge of the front yard providing a pleasing and uniquely private front yard.

  • Google Maps street view of Ludwig Street. We're the second driveway on the left, and this link's view puts you right at the first driveway. Unfortunately you can't see much of the house because of the evergreens lining the front edge of the front yard - and also unfortunately, they took the picture while we had our garbage and recycling sitting on the street!
  • Google Maps satellite overhead view of the house & street.
  • Bing maps satellite & bird's eye view of the house & street. Note, you will need to hover your mouse over "Aerial" in the upper left corner of the map, then select Aeriel or Bird's eye view.

Front of house from driveway. This driveway is very long - over 56 feet long by 20 feet wide. I park a 23 foot travel trailer in one lane with my Toyota Highlander behind it with plenty of room to spare. Another car usually occupies the other lane of the driveway.

The upper window is at the top of the stairway landing. The kitchen window is closest to the garage, next window is the nook, next set of four windows is the living room.
